What is a PEMB?   
A PEMB is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building. Before any tool touches any steel, all of your components are engineered to work together seamlessly, and meet or exceed your local building code requirements (wind loads, snow loads, seismic loads, etc.) 

What does Pre-Fabricated mean?
Pre-fabricated means that you building requires NO on site cutting, welding, grinding, or any other on site fabrication services. All of the fabrication has been done in our state of the art facilities under strictly controlled conditions for the best quality available. 

Why is a PEMB  better than the rest?
PEMB's have the best fit and finish, fastest erection time, lowest erection cost, fewer on site variables, thorough engineering, longest life, and are the most complete option on the market. 

Do you offer Financing?
Yes, Our financing partner Hearth can provide financing for projects up to $250,000. For projects larger than that, we typically recommend  Local Financing Institutions  that offer USDA, SBA, or other strong loan options. 

Are your buildings custom or cookie-cutter?
We don't do cookie cutter. Every building is custom and designed to meet your exact needs. We do have templates that can be used as starting points inside of our free 3D Design Studio. 

Do you provide turn-key service?
Yes, within our service area that extends to approximately a 100 mile radius of Bastrop Texas. 

Where can Steenbock Steel provide buildings?
We can design, engineer, and ship  PEMB Steel Packages anywhere in the USA.
